In 2023, we designed a training program to address the unique healthcare needs of LGBTQI+ individuals. We successfully delivered this training to frontline workers in early 2024, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to provide more inclusive care. By raising awareness about specific vulnerabilities and requirements, we aimed to reduce healthcare disparities for this community. Moving forward, we plan to offer this training annually to a variety of healthcare professionals.
