For a four-year period, Bergen municipality will arrange annual competence-enhancing seminars for employees in health and care services on topics related to gender and sexuality with an intersectional perspective. Current themes are gender incongruence, queer with functional variation, older queer, queer in ethnic minority context and in a religious context. Bergen municipality wants to have a dialogue with the LGBTI+-organisations in Bergen on the prioritization of topics and implementation of the conferences.
