Human Rights and Citizenship for LGBTI+ people:
5 LGBTI+ Citizenship Centers offer social, psychosocial and legal assistance to LGBTI+ people who are vulnerable or victims of LGBTphobia, to defend and promote their rights. They also work with other public services, private institutions and civil society organizations to establish partnerships and expand knowledge on the LGBTI+ issue. Each LGBTI+ Citizenship Center also has an LGBTI+ Mobile Unit, which provides initial care for LGBTI+ people on an itinerant basis.

Development and Social Assistance for LGBTI+ people:
4 Shelters can be accessed by homeless transgender people, 3 of which are specifically for transgender women and 1 for transgender men, offering beds, baths, food and specialized care.

Health for LGBTI+ people:
São Paulo has a Reference Center for the Health Care of Transsexuals and Transvestites, the first of its kind in Brazil. In addition, São Paulo also has the Sampa Trans Network, a network made up of 43 health units specializing in specific care for trans people.
