One of the goals of the LGBTIQ office in Podgorica is to strengthen the capacities of professional workers and associates in the field of social and child protection for work with LGBTIQ persons. This year the office organized two-part training for this target group to improve their knowledge and skills to provide direct support and work with parents and guardians of LGBTIQ persons and parents/guardians who are LGBTIQ persons and to improve their competence for the adoption and application of respectful attitudes and interventions in work with parents and guardians of LGBTIQ persons and parents/guardians who are LGBTIQ persons.
